What to know before you choose
Minimum quantities and mixed assortments
Minimums depend on the reference and supply arrangement. Where a product minimum is documented, use it when preparing your request. Otherwise send your target quantities and ask us to confirm the minimum and whether references can be mixed. A quantity entered in a saved selection is an enquiry quantity.
Samples before a larger order
Tell us which references you need to assess. Sample availability, cost and shipment must be agreed before dispatch; saving a piece does not request or reserve a sample.
Stock, production and reorders
A catalogue reference does not guarantee current stock. Your quotation distinguishes available quantities from production requirements. For a reorder, send the same reference and the new quantity so we can check the current supply conditions.
Delivery and dispatch origin
Provide the destination country and postal code. Ask for the dispatch origin, preparation or production time, transport estimate and the delivery terms applicable to your order. Transit time and preparation time are separate.
Prices and payment
Commercial prices are shared privately in your quotation. Review the currency, product totals, freight, payment instructions and any destination-related charges before confirming. Browsing or saving a selection does not make a payment.
